Davis Construction’s complete office refurbishment project was a long one; however after a few weeks and many trips to Southend we had created a fantastic office environment.
Creating Davis Constructions breakroom areas was welcomed by our design team as we were given free rein on everything but the colour scheme. We enjoyed creating the companies vision and after hearing the feedback from Davis it’s only solidified our relationship with the client. Breakout areas are something they wanted to maximise on and dedicate some space towards creating an area that employees will love.

Clear and concise communication between project manager, installation team and client is imperative in all projects; for a job of this magnitude it was clear that it all had to run smoothly. We opted for a clean, modern and conceptual office space and wanted to utilise natural lighting to complement the vibrant colours of dark grey and neon yellow.
Working alongside Davis Construction was a delight; at almost every step of the way there was someone on hand to discuss ideas, tactics and receive feedback on everything we had done so far.
