1. Discovery & Site Survey
Every project starts with a detailed discovery meeting and (where required) a 3D site scan. This enables the capture of precise measurements and existing conditions - removing guesswork and reducing future rework.
2. Design Brief Workshop
We host a collaborative workshop with your key stakeholders to capture the vision, budget, and any technical or safeguarding requirements. This ensures your goals shape every stage of the design.
3. Space Planning & 2D Layouts
Our in-house design team produces 2D plans with up to three revisions, ensuring the layout is functional and fully compliant with educational or commercial standards.
4. Mood Boards & Finishes Selection
We propose tailored finishes and materials in a dedicated mood board considering durability, hygiene, aesthetics, and future maintenance - all aligned to your brand or building identity.
5. 3D Visuals & Walkthroughs
Using Autodesk Revit and 3D modelling, we provide sketches, renders, and even virtual walkthroughs (where required) - helping you visualise the finished space and avoid late-stage surprises.
6. Furniture & Specification Schedule
You receive a full FF&E specification and product schedule covering fitted joinery, loose furniture, and specialist equipment. This is so you know exactly what you’re getting, and where.
7. Full Fit-Out & Project Delivery
Once approved, we manufacture and install everything from flooring and ceilings to plumbing, furniture and final decoration. We deliver a complete turnkey space with no need for third parties.
8. Handover & Ongoing Support
After completion, we conduct a full handover and walkthrough, with warranty support and optional aftercare packages available. Your space is ready from day one - and supported long after.

Contract Finalisation & Procurement

Once we’ve perfected your bespoke design, we confirm all specifications, finishes, and budgets, followed by the signing of the contract.
Our in-house manufacturing means every element of your project is meticulously crafted and inspected to meet Brookhouse’s quality standards. An initial 40% payment secures materials and kickstarts our in-house manufacturing process, allowing us to maintain strict quality control and streamline timelines.
By handling materials and production in-house, we guarantee continuity and accountability, reducing the risk of delays and ensuring all materials are up to the Brookhouse standard.

Technical drawings are finalised, and we onboard a network of trusted contractors aligned with our quality expectations. With advanced 3D scanning and BIM technology, we ensure every detail is captured with pinpoint accuracy, enabling a seamless transition from design to construction.

Our in-house team oversees all installation activities, from site preparation to final fit-out. We handle each phase meticulously, including quality checks, adjustments, and snagging to ensure a flawless result.
You receive regular updates, so you’re informed every step of the way. Staged payments are structured around key milestones, maintaining transparency and client confidence.
Our commitment to quality at this stage reduces the risk of errors, ensuring a durable and expertly installed environment.

Completion & Handover
The finishing touches
We believe the final handover should be as seamless as every prior stage. Upon completing the installation, we conduct a full handover, attending to any final touches and resolving minor snags to ensure every element is perfect.
This last step ensures all finishing details meet Brookhouse standards, leaving you with a complete, high-quality space that is ready for immediate use. The final 10% payment is only due upon your complete satisfaction, reflecting our confidence in the quality of our work.
