Mayfield School desperately needed a total refurbishment of their existing food technology environment. The new room was intended to encourage new students to take up the food technology subject and to be an attractive environment to learn in.
Mayfield School wanted a bright, modern room with new appliances and an area that helped the teacher with demonstrations and theory lessons.

How Brookhouse Transformed Mayfield School's Food Technology Room
Brookhouse created a highly specified design and presented this using 3D rendered visuals which helped the Business Manager gain approval from the governing board.
This bright, light and modern space with stylish handle-less kitchen units and colourful decoration created the perfect impression and helped to attract more students to take up the subject.
The design incorporated ample storage, which is often a problem in busy kitchen environments, so this was a very important aspect. By being creative with the layout and design, Brookhouse was able to achieve a fantastic area for both theory and practical lessons.
